Papa's Salsa is a small company dedicated to giving you the best salsa made fresh and of the highest quality. We currently only market our product in the greater Sacramento area but we are constantly looking for ways to widen our appeal without adding perservatives.
    We are working on expanding our product lines by creating a tomatillo and pico de gallo styel of salsa.
Also we are  creating a merchandise line of tee shirts and other mercahndise for the future.  Our goal is to receive photos from our customers who have taken their shirts on their travels. We have gona as far as our nations capitol.

History of Papa's Salsa:
        I started making salsa using an recipe that my father had given to me. I decided to tweak it a little and after a few family parties and trials later I came up with what is now considered the official salsa of any of our family functions. 
    I started to take it to my day job's pot-lucks and then one of my co-workers suggested that I enter it in the company's salsa contest. After I won it two years in a row I then decided it was time to take it to another level.
In 2004 Istarted packaging and selling it to coworkers.
The rest as they say is history.

History of Me:
I was born in Sacramento in 1965. But I did most of my growing up in a small river town called Knights Landing. After graduating from high school I worked in reatil for many years.
This is where I met my wife. We now reside in Sacramento and have 7 kids (her's, mine and ours).
In my day job I now work fo the State of California... for now
